In my case study course at Dr Buhman Akademy, I focused on the "Lufthansa Complexity Theory Case Study". This project addressed the complexity of the renowned Lufthansa Group, examining its organisational structure, operational strategies and the dynamic factors that influence its success and challenges. The global reach of Lufthansa's activities adds to the complexity and requires a nuanced understanding. This case study aims to shed light on how Lufthansa overcomes challenges, adapts to changes in the industry and gains a competitive advantage, providing valuable insights into the dynamics of the aviation sector. Similar to the successful Dr Buhman Academy project, this Lufthansa case study aims to be recognised for its in-depth analysis within aviation studies.
